How much does shipping cost?

When will I receive my order?
Capirfysa takes 1-3 days to prepare and process orders. Once the order is processed, the shipping times are 10 to 15 days. Please note that delivery times are calculated on working days (Monday to Friday) and that no deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Where is my order?

My order has not yet arrived. What do I do?
If your order is taking longer than indicated when making your purchase, please contact us at help@capirfysa.com. We will check the location of the package and request a shipping tracking order.
How can I cancel or modify my order?

My order is being held at customs. What do I do?
It is possible that for reasons beyond Capirfysa your order has been held at customs. From Capirfysa we cannot take charge of any extra expenses in customs or similar.
