How can I return a product?
You have 14 days to return the product from the date of receipt. It is very important that you follow the steps indicated here to return a product since otherwise we cannot guarantee that the product arrives at our facilities:
1. Write us an email to returns@capirfysa.com indicating the order number and the reason for the return (you may be asked for product photos to check the condition of the item).
2. Once the return is accepted, we will indicate an address to which you must send the package. Remember that the shipping costs to our facilities are not refundable.
3. Once we receive the order we will proceed to return the money in the same form of payment that I made the purchase.
We do not accept returns of swimwear or lingerie for hygiene reasons.
I have received a defective product. How can I change it?
You have 14 days to return or exchange a defective product from the date of receipt. It is very important that you follow the steps indicated here to return a defective product since otherwise we cannot guarantee that the product arrives at our facilities:
1. Write us an email to returns@capirfysa.com indicating the order number and providing photos of the defective product.
2. Once the return is accepted, we will indicate an address to which the package must be sent.
3. Once we receive the order we will return the money in the same form of payment that I made the purchase or we will send the product again totally free (subject to stock availability).
