I have a discount code. How can I use it?

To enjoy your discount, enter the code you received during checkout, in the box shown just below the product photo.

I have placed an order but I have not received a confirmation email, what can I do?

Our confirmation emails are automatically sent through our order center, if you have not received yours, check your SPAM tray. Make sure you have entered your email correctly, otherwise you will not be able to receive notifications about your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We work with the most secure payment gateways within the global electronic commerce. Our Stripe payment system makes paying with any credit or debit card safe and efficient. If, on the other hand, you are not paying with your bank card online, we also accept PayPal.
